Location

The property is in South View Terrace, St. Judes and is within easy walking distance (< 1mile) of the University / City Centre by following a straight route along Beaumont Street, past Beaumont Park and across to North Hill Road to the University. Between Lanhydrock Road and the railway line there are large parks and playing fields ideally suited for recreational purposes. Beaumont park is also nearby.

There is a Plymco Self-Service Store on the corner of Gwyn Road and Beaumont Street, directly across the road as you leave South View Terrace, and therefore extremely convenient for shopping, without the inconvenience of having to carry groceries etc. from town to the residence.
