Smoking and Pets

Although smokers are welcome as tenants, smoking is not allowed on the premises as this contravenes insurance cover limitations and will also trigger the fire alarm system. If you are a "chain" smoker you might like to consider other tenancy options as the strain and stress of not being able to smoke may well get too much for you ?

Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances whatsoever.
