Here we introduce you to our Student House, for 3 students studying at the
University of Plymouth in Devon, UK. It is independently managed by ourselves but is made available through
the Plymouth University Student Accommodation Office. We adhere to the University's Landlord's Charter, a copy
of which is available through the Accommodation Office. It is inspected by the Accommodation Office and has
consistently been granted Grade "A" status. The property is in a quiet residential area, within 1 mile of the
University. Shops are very close by as is a large recreational park. Street parking is available. It is
ideally suited to final year students who require a more peaceful residence for their final year studies. It
has full 24/7 1Mb Broadband facilities (cable) and a 10/100Mb WiFi Router/Hub is installed. Rent is on an
all-inclusive basis.

is our duty to inform you of the scheme we use. We are registered (membership number 10003788) with Tenancy
Deposit Solutions, which is administered by Hamilton Fraser Insurance. More information on this scheme can be

are received and cleared by us. You will be given more information about this protection scheme, and your
